Extraction
If a tooth is irreparable due to breakage, decay, or severe bone loss, extraction becomes necessary. The dentist, ensuring comfort with local anesthetic, gradually removes the tooth using instruments. Post-extraction, implants are often recommended for optimal healing and functionality, sometimes with concurrent bone graft placement.
Biopsies & Lesions
In the case the dentist notices a growth or lesion in the mouth that may look suspicious or abnormal a recommendation for removal will be made to be microscopically evaluated.
